By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using MizaLearn ("Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using MizaLearn on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

To access most features of MizaLearn, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not transfer or share your account with another person.
• MizaLearn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

MizaLearn offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

• All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) and include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all first-time paid subscriptions.
• Refunds after the 14-day period are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All content on MizaLearn — including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of MizaLearn or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• Course certificates are issued to the individual learner and are non-transferable.

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using MizaLearn:

• Sharing your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Downloading, scraping, or redistributing course content without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform's systems.
• Posting harmful, abusive, or misleading content in community areas.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

MizaLearn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizaLearn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or learning progress.

MizaLearn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms.

You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
